Firefighting Training Program 2025

On 20 December 2025, the Company organized a workplace safety training program to enhance employees’ knowledge, awareness, and preparedness in responding to emergency situations, in line with its commitment to building a sustainable safety culture within the organization.

The program included training on basic firefighting, first aid, and emergency evacuation drills. The objective was to ensure that employees recognize the importance of workplace safety and are able to respond appropriately and effectively in emergency situations.

During the fire prevention and firefighting training, participants gained knowledge on the causes of fires, preventive measures, and the correct use of firefighting equipment, as well as proper procedures for incident reporting and initial emergency control in a safe manner.

In the first aid training session, employees were instructed on basic emergency response techniques, including providing first aid to injured persons, initial care for accident victims, and proper assistance prior to medical transfer, with the aim of increasing survival chances and reducing the severity of injuries.

In addition, fire evacuation drills, water spraying drills, and simulated firefighting exercises were conducted to allow employees to practice in realistic scenarios. These activities helped familiarize participants with evacuation procedures and encouraged effective teamwork during actual emergencies.

The training and drills enhanced employees’ readiness to follow the Company’s emergency response plans, reduced panic during critical situations, and improved overall efficiency in handling unexpected incidents within the workplace.

The Company places the highest priority on the safety, health, and well-being of its employees and remains committed to continuously implementing safety-related activities to maintain a safe, standardized, and sustainable working environment.
